Min Ha is a widowed businessman. One day, he rescues Myung Suk who jumped out of a car in front of him on the road. But when she regains consciousness, she suffers from amnesia and lives under the care of Min Ha. He finds himself falling for her. But Myung Suk regains her memory one day and flees, but he meets her again on the street. He helps her regain the memories of their life together and decide to marry her. But when Myung Suk's friends try to blackmail her and he turns them. She ends up leaving him.
