Picking up after the police hospital case in ‟Unfair the Movie‟, detective Yukihira Natsumi is now working at the slow-paced Nishimonbetsu Police Station in far away Hokkaido where she has been transferred. In downtown Tokyo though, a series of grotesque murders involving nails shot into the bodies of all of the victims is puzzling Yukihira's old MPD team. When her ex-husband, freelance journalist Sato Kazuo's fingerprints are discovered at the newest murder scene, Yukihira is quickly sucked into the case. Sato is now the prime suspect and her life may also be in danger.
