Because of a horrendous crime he committed in a prior life, a police instructor who works at a police camp must deal with the camp being besieged by a group of vengeful vampire ghosts. The instructor brings in a group of cadets who were all born in the year of the dragon and trained them in the art of fighting ghosts in hopes of surviving and cleansing the camp of the ghost family.
