During the day, he speaks fluent Japanese and serves sushi, and at night, he immerses himself in the world of telephone dating on the outskirts of the city, seeking temporary companionship. One day at the telephone dating center, Xiao Mo receives a peculiar phone call. It's from a girl who simply wants someone to listen to her story. With a touch of sadness in her voice, the girl shares her own story, which revolves around a Ta Yan family struggling to survive in the city. As the girl and Xiao Mo connect through their phone conversations, a certain affection begins to grow between them. The girl mentions a place with a rice paddy.
