An omnibus special comprised of four segments: >> Story 1: ‟Ato 15 Byo de Shinu‟ (あと15秒で死ぬ) Pharmacist Mikami Megumi, working late, finds herself frozen in time with a bullet suspended in front of her. A god of death reveals she's been shot in the back, but she still has 15 seconds of life left, during which time can be stopped or moved. The identity of the shooter and motive remain unknown. Megumi must act quickly in her final moments. >> Story 2: ‟Sanzunokawa Outlet Park‟ (三途の川アウトレットパーク) Kimura Takashi wakes up near the Sanzu River, a place where he can earn ‟virtue‟ based on his past deeds. He meets Tanaka Haru, who wants to improve at baseball in his next life. Takashi, troubled by his poor eyesight, wishes for better eyes in his next life. He recalls Mei, a patient he cared for, who admired his eyes but died young. Takashi wonders about Mei's fate and a sprout appears. What will happen to them? >> Story 3: ‟Deja Vu‟ (デジャヴ) Hikari experiences repeated déjà vu moments on her birthday, including encounters with a mysterious masked man. Later, she finds herself in a pitch-black room with her father, Masataka, a brain scientist, and his colleague, Shindo Aki. The connection between Hikari's déjà vu and Masataka's research is revealed as they confront the identity of the masked man. >> Story 4: ‟Naru‟ (成る) Famous Go player Iwaya Kentaro faces an AI opponent named ‟Nuisance‟ that triggers traumatic memories with its moves. The game forces Iwaya to confront past scandals and personal traumas. Despite his emotional turmoil, memories of his mother's support inspire him to fight back.
