Documentary about patients and doctors dealing with dystonia, a chronic neurological ailment in which muscles atrophy and patients lose the ability to control movement. Sato Haruko serves as vice president for the NPO Dystonia Friends Association, and suffers from the disease herself. Concerned about her worsening condition, Sato decides to undergo a craniotomy procedure that is done while the patient is awake.
