After the disaster that happened on March 11, 2011, which caused an explosion in the nuclear plant in Fukushima, radiation was released and many had to evacuate. Radiation, being extremely dangerous, is especially dangerous for children. The documentary puts in question the standards that the Japanese government calls 'safe' for everyone to live in, going also to Belarus, where many people, among them many children, were severely influenced by the radiation from the Chernobyl disaster.
