Li Hai and Wu Ting are devoted to each other in their marriage. Wu Ting takes care of their daughter ,Yingzi in Canada for her education, while Li Hai pursues his career in China. Li Hai meets and falls in love with Zhao Xiaofei, a journalist. Wu Ting returns abruptly to China to save her marriage upon learning of the affair. Li Hai now has to make a choice between these two women.
